Uptown Dance Company II

UDC II is a pre-professional performing group, comprised of Uptown Dance Centre’s Levels VI and VII students. They perform annually in Nutcracker Suite, Dance Infusion, Spring Show, and various festivals locally and abroad. These dancers are selected to audition by invitation only. UDC II dancers have the privilege to work with renowned choreographers in works created especially for them, as well as have the opportunity to perform with Uptown Dance Company. UDC II has toured nationally to Chicago and New York, and internationally to Austria, Mexico, Costa Rica, and China.

2023–24 Company II Artists include: Joshua Cordova, Victoria Prieto, Macy Anchondo, Caris Kim, Anna Ritter, Maddox Sebastian, Ellie Lohse, Anna Cariveau, Natalie Getz, Emmi Lindsay, Meadow Morales, Sari Roseman, Mary Beth Scollard, Adam Kral, and Ava Casas.

Senior & Junior Companies

The Senior and Junior Companies are an introduction to becoming a performer with UDC II. Uptown Dance Centre Levels IV and V students are encouraged to audition annually for these pre-professional companies. Junior and Senior company members have the opportunity to explore the wide range of skills required to become a professional dancer. These skills include pantomime, stage craft, artistry, and self-expression. Company members are featured in the pre-shows for Uptown Dance Company performances, they also perform in the annual Nutcracker Suite hosted by Uptown Dance Company.

2023–24 Senior Company Artists include: Ashton Cochran, Madeline Bahorich, Gwendolyn Knight, Anna Lindsay, Maddie Lissonnet, Reese Riseden, Caroline Whitley, Kamila Lopez Manteca, Annabelle Whitebread, London Anderson, and Camille Fuentes.

2023-24 Junior Company Artists include: Chloe Austin, Abigail Bahorich, Emilie Beney, Ana Victoria Crespo, AnnaCristine Bartolo-Martinez, Laila Dalal, June Horton, Annie Marquart, Quinn McConn, Milan Morales, Mary Josephine Aycock, Emily Cochran, Rebecca Finn, Lauren Haines, Annabella Mier, Jennifer Zeng, Lanna Colyer, Victoria Marquez, Chloe Kennedy, Josiah Coleman and Samuel Guadarrama.
